The Glow Wire Flammability Test Chamber simulates thermal stress caused by overheated electrical components under fault conditions. This equipment evaluates the fire hazard risk of solid insulating materials and finished electronic products by applying a standardized electrically heated glow wire onto test specimens.
The unit features an integrated chamber control cabinet design, equipped with a transparent observation window, independent exhaust system, and digital control panel. It automatically records ignition time, flame out time, and after glow time for calculating GWFI and GWIT values. Widely used for incoming inspection, factory quality control, and material R&D in electrical and electronics industries.

Every machine purchased from our factory has a 12-month warranty after shipment. Generally, we offer 12 months for FREE maintenance. Considering sea transportation, we can extend 2 months for our customers.
If your machine doesn't work, you can send us an email or call us. We will try our best to identify the problem through conversation or video chat if necessary. Once we confirm the problem, a solution will be offered within 24 to 48 hours.
2. What about the delivery term?
For standard machines in stock: 3-7 working days.
For non-stock items: Normally 15-20 working days after payment is received.
For urgent needs: We will make special arrangements.
3. Do you accept customization services? Can I have my logo on the machine?
Yes, we offer both standard and customized machines according to your requirements. We provide OEM and ODM services and can place your logo on the machine.
4. How can I install and use the machine?
Once you order testing machines from us, we will send you the operation manual or video in English version via email.
Most of our machines are shipped as complete units, already installed. You just need to connect the power cable and start using it. If necessary, we can assist with on-site installation.
