HAST test chamber is an accelerated reliability testing system designed primarily for the semiconductor and electronics industry. It creates a closed, pressurized environment that simultaneously applies high temperature (typically 105°C to 145°C), high humidity (65% to 100% RH), and elevated pressure to force failure mechanisms in products rapidly.

Applications

Used to evaluate the moisture resistance and sealing integrity of IC packages, PCBs, connectors, and MEMS devices. The test compresses months or years of natural aging into just a few days, helping manufacturers identify design flaws early.

For our standard machine which means normal machines, if we have stock in the warehouse, is 3-7 working days; if there is no stock, normally, the delivery time is 15-20 working days after payment is received; if you are in urgent need, we will make a special arrangement for you.
